NOTE: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned to us with the laces laced up, everything folded back together, intact, and NO wear marks, stretching marks (that make it appear worn), no smoke smell, perfume, etc. We have been recieving many items that appear worn, smell of smoke, and/or are recieved weeks later. We have up to this point not turned down any item, however with the influx of this, we want to be very clear as to what the expecations are for when you exchange your item - Thank You :)
